In 1995, through a God-given vision, Elder Jerome Elliott started a 100 men outreach service. The service was designed to help restore men to their rightful place in God, the home and the church.  God gave him the Scripture of Ezekiel 22:30 -And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.  This became the bases for the men’s service, and the foundational scripture for the ministry.

God anointed and bless this service each year, and in December 2000, after much prayer and fasting, Pastor Elliott became the Pastor and Founder of Bridging The Gap Ministries, Inc.  A ministry after God's own heart that will be a driving force in his community and spread abroad.  Our goal is to help bridge the gap between man and God one soul at a time.
